Hiring for Performance Marketing Executive
Experience: 5-6 years
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic and other PPC/paid social channels.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, remarketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization dashboards.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
- Ability to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred working experience in the fields of hotel booking, real estate, or property management.
