Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: On-Site (Office located in Gulberg, Lahore)
Working Days/Time: Monday-Friday (10 AM to 7 PM PKT)
Key Responsibilities:
SEO
- Advanced On-Page G Technical SEO: Expertise in site audits, schema markup (FAǪ, How-To, Organization), Core Web Vitals optimization, and crawl budget management.
- Content G Keyword Strategy: Ability to conduct intent-based keyword research, cluster topics, and optimize for featured snippets and voice search.
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Experience structuring content for AI assistants and search engines (People Also Ask, rich snippets, conversational queries).
- Off-Page SEO G Link Building: Proven record in acquiring high-quality backlinks, digital PR outreach, and managing toxic link disavowals.
- Analytics G Reporting: Skilled with Google Search Console, GA4, and rank-tracking tools to measure performance, interpret trends, and create actionable reports.
- Local SEO G SERP Features: Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization, reviews management, and map pack ranking factors.
- SEO Automation G Tools: Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and experience leveraging AI-assisted SEO workflows.
WordPress Website Editing G Publishing
- WordPress G Page Builder Expertise: Hands-on experience with Elementor (or similar), Gutenberg, and plugins to edit, format and publish content without breaking layouts.
- Basic Design G Media Editing: Ability to create and optimize simple graphics, crop/resize images and maintain brand consistency using Canva, Photoshop or Figma.
- Front-End Publishing G Formatting: Skilled at creating responsive page layouts, embedding media, managing internal linking and ensuring mobile-friendly presentation.
- SEO G AEO Best Practices: Knowledge of on-page SEO, proper use of headings, meta tags, structured data (FAǪ/How-To schema) and formatting for featured snippets/voice search.
- Performance G Accessibility Awareness: Understanding of image compression, lazy loading, alt-text and web accessibility (WCAG basics) for better user experience and rankings.
- Plugin G Update Management: Familiarity with updating WordPress themes/plugins safely and testing changes in staging environments.
- Content ǪA G Troubleshooting: Ability to spot design inconsistencies, broken links and formatting issues before publishing.
Visual Content Creation
- Use Canva to design visually appealing materials for blogs, social media, newsletters, and more.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate messages.
Blogs/Newsletter Management
- Create and publish a monthly newsletter featuring engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Collaborate with team members to gather relevant content and meet deadlines.
Team/Client Coordination
- Coordinate with the client/respective teams to implement routine tasks.
- Facilitate tasks such as SEO enhancements and feature updates to boost content performance.
Ǫuality Assurance
- Review digital content, including blogs and newsletters, for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before publishing.
Candidate Must Posess
- Excellent English communication skills - candidates with a GCE O/A Levels background will be preferred.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, punctual and career-driven with a strong sense of ownership for tasks.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
