Our team works across social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and content creation — and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive, who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories.
This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on campaign execution
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads(Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and manage PPC, display, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).
- Analyze performance data and prepare actionable reports for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, landing pages, and audience sets.
- Manage campaign budgets, and ensure efficient utilization for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ad policies, and platform algorithm updates.
- Support senior marketers in client communication and strategy presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Experience in creating and managing ads for coaches or consultancy professionals.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing, audience behavior, and ad attribution.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Good to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
- Experience in LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Programmatic Platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and CRO fundamentals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
