We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns and achieving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better ROI, CPL, CPA & ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure best utilisation for maximum results.
- Monitor and report campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce effective ad copies & creatives.
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to enhance campaign strategy.
- Track lead funnel performance, coordinate with sales team for quality lead generation.
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboards.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Ad Campaign Management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Remarketing & Conversion Tracking.
- Skilled in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimisation, funnel marketing, and automation tools.
- Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
