We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, run, and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Handle lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Optimize ads for cost, quality leads & ROI
• Track performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads
• Work closely with design & content teams to improve ad results
• Create reports with clear insights (not just numbers)

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong understanding of ads funnels, targeting & creatives
• Knows how to reduce CPL and improve conversion rates
• Comfortable with real budgets & real results
• Curious, data-driven, and ready to grow fast

Bonus (Good to Have):

• Experience in agency environment
• Knowledge of landing page optimization
• Basic understanding of SEO & analytics
