We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and managing marketing operations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot CRM, and other acquisition channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Set up, maintain, and analyse campaign workflows and lead routing within HubSpot CRM
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and assist in reporting and dashboards
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy updates, and A/B testing
  • Support creative testing, ad copy creation, and landing page performance tracking
  • Maintain accurate tracking via UTMs, conversion setups, and analytics tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale winning campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff through HubSpot

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot CRM
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, attribution methods, and tracking setups
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
  • Ability to interpret data and propose optimisation strategies
  • Familiarity with remarketing, custom audiences, and funnel-based campaigns

    Good to have -
  • Exposure to marketing automation workflows inside HubSpot
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
