Position Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to lead ROI-driven digital campaigns that drive student admissions, brand awareness, and lead generation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical ability, creative marketing instincts, and a results-oriented mindset to optimize our marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
● Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
○ Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
○ Create and manage performance marketing funnels for UG, PG, and Executive Education programs.
● Lead Generation & Optimization:
○ Drive high-quality inquiries and applications through targeted digital marketing efforts.
○ Optimize CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) while improving conversion rates.
○ Design A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
● Analytics & Insights:
○ Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
○ Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
○ Track ROI across campaigns and make real-time budget adjustments.
● SEO, SEM & CRO:
○ Collaborate with the content and web teams to improve search rankings, page performance, and user journey.
○ Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation.
● Collaboration & Branding:
○ Work closely with design, admissions, and communications teams to align marketing goals with brand positioning.
○ Coordinate with external agencies for creative and media buying support when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, preferably in education, edtech, or service-based industries.
● Proficiency in tools such as:
○ Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
○ Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Hotjar, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
● Deep understanding of lead funnels, retargeting, and attribution models.
● Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
