Performance Marketing Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid advertising, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and product, to execute and manage performance-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, display, and other digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across different channels.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to drive improved performance, including improving key metrics like cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage advanced targeting strategies, segmentation, and audience insights to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant customers.
  • A/B Testing: Run experiments and A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnel strategies to identify the best-performing combinations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and generate regular performance reports for key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work on optimizing conversion funnels and ensuring that campaigns are effectively converting leads into customers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and tactics in performance marketing and digital advertising. Monitor competitor performance and industry benchmarks.
  • Lead & Mentorship: Manage and mentor junior performance marketing staff or external agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Performance Channels: Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and make actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Ability to manage and allocate large marketing budgets while maintaining a strong focus on ROI.
  • A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization: Deep understanding of testing methodologies and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Tracking & Analytics Tools: Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Excel & Data Manipulation: Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for advanced data analysis, including working with large data sets, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Programmatic Buying or Display Advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid media efforts.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience working in eCommerce or subscription-based businesses.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and funnel strategy.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other performance marketing-related courses are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or marketing automation platforms.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven experience working with a variety of paid media channels and managing large-scale campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
