Tempo Retail Group (TRG)
is building global consumer brands, with operations in Europe, Egypt, Dubai and the USA. We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid media growth engine and help scale us to the next level.
Your Role
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of paid acquisition and performance marketing across all digital channels. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — running campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing funnels to deliver growth with strong ROI.
Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and YouTube.

Manage ad budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and MER.

Collaborate with creative team to test new ad concepts (UGC, video, static, story formats).

Own tracking & attribution: pixels, UTMs, server-side tracking, Shopify integrations.

Optimize landing pages, bundles, and conversion funnels in Shopify.

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance, share insights, and recommend actions.

Work closely with founders and growth team to scale our Brands internationally (EU + US).
Requirements

4+ years in Performance Marketing / Paid Media, with a focus on eCommerce/DTC.

Proven success managing Shopify-based brands and scaling paid acquisition budgets.

Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — data-driven, not just agency reports.

Strong understanding of tracking & attribution (GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar).

Comfortable with KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER.

Experience with Klaviyo / retention flows is a plus.

Analytical mindset — loves testing, iterating, and scaling what works.

Strong communicator in English.
