Channel Account Manager– Africa Region Location: Egypt (with focus on Africa region)

We are looking for a motivated Channel Account Manager to join our team in Egypt, supporting our Channel and Partnerships operations across the Africa region. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about international channel sales, partner management, and business development in the cybersecurity industry. You will work closely with our regional team to onboard, engage, and support partners, helping strengthen DataPatrol’s presence across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engagement with existing channel partners in Africa to maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
• Assist with onboarding new partners, ensuring they understand and can effectively represent DataPatrol’s products.
• Help with communications to African partners, including product updates, training invitations, and resources.
• Track partner leads and opportunities, supporting follow-up actions with the channel team.
• Research and provide insights on African markets, potential partners, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure alignment on regional partner initiatives.
• Assist in planning regional campaigns or events to drive partner success in Africa.

Requirements

• Knowledge in partnerships, channel management, or sales in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability for engaging with partners across diverse African markets.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
