Next Degree Products is a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in premium bedding products sold on Amazon and direct-to-consumer. With $12MM+ in annual sales, we scale through creative-led, data-backed performance marketing that prioritizes ROAS and long-term LTV.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) who can take full ownership of media strategy and execution across TikTok, Meta, Google, and emerging channels — driving measurable growth, efficiency, and creative feedback loops.
What You’ll Own
You’ll take full ownership of paid acquisition and retention across TikTok, Meta, Google, and emerging channels. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond campaign management — you’ll act as a strategic growth partner, optimizing budgets, creative testing, landing pages, and forecasting in alignment with operations and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily budget allocation, bidding, audience targeting, and creative rotation across TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube, and Pinterest
- Maintain a 90-day testing roadmap with ≥5 new ad/offer tests launched per week
- Build dashboards (Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4) to surface CAC, MER, ROAS, and creative insights
- Work closely with Creative Strategist to brief hooks, analyze fatigue, and request new assets (targeting ≥10% win rate)
- Lead CRO initiatives across PDPs, landing pages, and bundle flows to improve site conversion
- Forecast spend monthly and align with inventory flow to avoid overspend or stock-outs
- Collaborate with Amazon PPC lead and ops to reduce keyword cannibalization and plan for demand spikes
- Stay ahead of platform policy changes (TikTok/Meta), privacy regulations, and compliance tagging (CAPI, GDPR, etc.)
Performance Targets — Month 6
- CAC below $35
- ROAS ≥ 3x
- MER ≤ 28%
- New-customer revenue ≥ 65%
- 70%+ of budget deployed via winning creatives

- CAC under $30
- ROAS ≥ 4x
- MER ≤ 25%
- 80%+ of spend allocated to winning creatives
- Maintain strong new customer growth
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years managing paid acquisition across TikTok, Meta, and Google
- Proven track record managing ≥$500K–$1M in annual spend at ≥3x ROAS
- Hands-on with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, Looker)
- Deep understanding of creative testing, cost curve logic, and spend reallocation
- Experience with landing page CRO and budget-to-inventory syncing
- Analytical storyteller who can translate dashboards into strategy

Your First 90 Days
Week 1:
- Get access to pixels, ad accounts, Shopify, and dashboards
- Audit 12 months of historical performance
Week 2:
- Deliver a “Big Wins / Quick Kills” deck
- Set a 30-day testing and spend calendar
End of Month 1:
- Cut at least 10% of wasted ad spend
- Launch 3+ new audience/creative combos
Month 2:
- Implement full-funnel attribution and server-side tracking
- Present CAC downtrend with actionable levers
Month 3:
- Scale a winning creative stack to ≥$1K/day per channel
- Maintain ≥3x ROAS
- Present Q2 forecast tied to inventory and margin realities
