Role Overview

You’ll own paid media channels for Daamaira’s e-commerce operations. Specifically: drive traffic, boost online sales, optimise for ROI, and build the paid ad engine on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. You’ll be measured on real business impact, not just clicks or impressions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) targeting e-commerce.
  • Set clear goals: lead-to-sale conversion, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), traffic to site, bounce-rate reduction.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily; shift budgets dynamically to the best-performing channels/audiences.
  • Work with creative/design teams to produce high-quality ad assets that reflect the premium brand identity of Daamaira. Test variants (copy + imagery + CTA) to improve click-through & conversion.
  • Manage remarketing & audience segmentation (e.g., site abandoners, lookalikes, high-value past purchasers) to drive repeat sales.
  • Ensure proper tracking: pixels, event data, Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, attribution model.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce team (site/product pages, UX) and SEO/Organic to ensure ad traffic has the best path to convert.
  • Stay on top of Meta and Google ad policy updates, new ad formats or features, bidding strategies, etc.
  • Prepare regular reports for management: performance vs goals, insights, opportunities for scaling or cost savings.

Requirements / What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years managing paid digital media for e-commerce or D2C brands, specifically on Meta and Google.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving online sales, scaling campaigns profitably (good ROAS), reducing CAC.
  • Deep understanding of conversion-funnel metrics, tracking infrastructure (pixels, GA4, Tag Manager etc).
  • Strong analytical ability: you look at data, find patterns, draw actionable insights, then execute.
  • Good ad-copy skill, understanding of audience targeting, interest vs behaviour vs lookalike, etc.
  • You’re comfortable making decisions, moving fast, and experimenting (not stuck in “let’s wait for perfect data”).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify / Magento / etc) and ad integration with product catalogs is a plus.
  • Good communication, team-player, but also ownership: you own your numbers.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
