Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Timing: 3PM-12AM

Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition channels that directly drive qualified leads, sales pipeline, and revenue.

This is not a branding or social media role. We are looking for someone who thinks in ROI, CAC, LTV, SQLs, and revenue impact, and can build predictable, scalable growth systems.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

  • Generate qualified leads and revenue through paid channels
  • Build and scale predictable lead generation pipelines
  • Optimize full-funnel performance from click to revenue
  • Own growth targets, budgets, and performance outcomes

Paid Media Management

  • Manage Google Ads: Search, Display, Retargeting
  • Develop funnel-based paid strategies
  • Optimize landing pages for conversions
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution

Funnel, CRM & Revenue Ops

  • Build and optimize full-funnel systems: Awareness → Lead → MQL → SQL → Revenue
  • Work with sales/BD teams to improve pipeline conversion
  • Use CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) to optimize campaigns

Data & Performance

  • Monitor KPIs: CPL, CAC, SQL rate, ROI
  • Run structured A/B tests on ads and landing pages
  • Build dashboards focused on revenue

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in performance marketing / paid acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Experience generating B2B leads
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and revenue tracking
  • SaaS or services marketing experience preferred
  • Revenue-first, data-driven, execution-oriented mindset

Tools & Stack

  • Paid Media: Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking
  • Revenue Systems: CRM pipelines, lead scoring, revenue attribution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
