Performance Marketing Manager

Cardoo is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and scale growth for Cardoo Watch. If you’re passionate about data, experimentation, and driving measurable impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs to achieve targets and maximize ROI.

Conduct A/B testing and experiment with ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve outcomes.

Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages.

Manage budgets effectively and forecast future spending needs based on campaign performance.

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to continuously improve performance strategies.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Proficient in data analysis, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics tools.

Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent English speaker preferred.
