Performance Marketing Manager (B2B Cybersecurity)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive qualified leads and revenue for our cybersecurity services. This role focuses on pipeline generation, campaign performance, and ROI — not just traffic or impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads (SQLs)
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates
  • Track and improve CAC, ROI, and campaign performance
  • Align marketing efforts with sales pipeline and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing
  • Experience targeting the US market
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with high-ticket services is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with focus on results and revenue

Preferred:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or compliance services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

  • Pakistan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
