Role Overview
We are seeking a
data-driven Performance Marketing Manager
to plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation and growth campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in
B2B and SaaS marketing
, understands
complex buyer journeys
, and can translate performance metrics into commercial impact.
You’ll be responsible for scaling our digital acquisition engine driving qualified leads, optimizing CAC and ROI, and supporting sales funnel performance across multiple regions and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
-
Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across
Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic
platforms.

Manage and optimize
multi-channel campaigns
to achieve MQL, SQL, and revenue targets.

Build and manage
retargeting and nurture funnels
aligned with the buyer journey.

Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine
ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
and messaging for conversion optimization.

Conduct
A/B and multivariate tests
on landing pages, ads, and creative assets.
Analytics & Performance
-
Track, analyze, and report on
key performance metrics
(CPL, CAC, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI).

Set up and maintain
marketing dashboards
via GA4, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Continuously identify trends, insights, and areas for performance improvement.

Own
budget allocation
across channels and forecast spend vs. return.
Conversion Optimization & Growth

Lead
SEO/SEM
initiatives and align with content marketing to improve organic lead flow.

Partner with product marketing and design to enhance
landing page UX and CRO

Implement
marketing automation flows
(HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) for lead scoring and nurturing.

Drive integration between
marketing and CRM systems
for clean data flow and lead attribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with
Sales

Product
, and
BI
teams to ensure lead quality, feedback loops, and measurable growth outcomes.

Support
regional go-to-market launches
with localized campaign planning.

Manage relationships with
external agencies
or freelancers when needed (PPC, creatives, etc.).
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5+ years
of experience in performance marketing with
B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.

Proven track record in
lead generation and revenue growth
across digital channels.

Proficiency in
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager
, and analytics tools (
GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot CRM
).

Strong understanding of
funnel optimization, attribution models
, and
marketing automation
.

Analytical mindset with advanced Excel or data visualization skills.
-
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with
international markets
and multi-region campaigns is a plus.
