Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Own campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc.) and deliver against client KPIs.
- Manage ad budgets across channels and allocate spend for maximum efficiency and performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and tech teams to align messaging and ensure campaign consistency.
- Analyze performance reports, provide insights, and prepare presentations for internal and client review.
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing within an ad agency or similar setup.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms – Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and other DSPs.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, etc.
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, and app marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
