Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google Paid Ads Specialist)

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: Rs. 100k - Rs. 200k (PKR) per month

About Us

We are a high-growth team looking for an expert Performance Marketing Manager to take our paid acquisition to the next level. This is a hands-on-keyboard role for a data-driven operator who thrives on scaling campaigns, optimizing for results, and making a direct impact on the bottom line. You will be the engine room of our paid media, working directly with senior leadership to drive results.


Key Responsibilities

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the full campaign lifecycle from creation to optimization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Google Ads Management:
  • Create, run, support, and scale campaigns across the full Google suite (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen).
  • Should have past experience of setting up the Google Local Service Ads & Guarantee Process: Manage the entire, multi-week Local Services Ads (LSA) onboarding, including submitting all required documentation ( business licenses, general/professional liability insurance ) and successfully navigating the Google Guarantee screening process (including owner and field-level background checks ).
  • Set up and manage Google eCommerce ads , including the configuration and synchronization of Google Merchant Center account.
  • Leverage Google's generative AI tools to create, iterate, and test new ad copy, headlines, and image assets at scale.
  • Paid Social Management:
  • Run, scale, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with expert precision and confidence.
  • Launch and manage TikTok campaigns as needed to tap into new audiences.
  • Optimization & Testing:
  • Continuously test all campaign variables: audiences, creative, placements, bid strategies, and landing page flows to drive down CPL/CPA.
  • Supply AI-driven campaigns (like PMax) with diverse, high-quality asset groups and clear audience signals to guide machine learning.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure every campaign is backed by strong assets and high-converting funnels.
  • Report directly to the CTO and Head of Marketing with clear insights, actionable plans, key wins, and strategic next step.
  • Technical Foundations:
  • Maintain accurate, end-to-end tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and all platform pixels.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep us on the cutting edge.
  • General Marketing:
  • On quieter days, leverage your solid marketing fundamentals to execute on directives from the Head of Marketing.
  • Proven LSA & Google Guarantee Experience:
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience successfully taking businesses through the entire Google LSA verification and Google Guarantee screening process (submitting licenses, insurance, and managing background checks).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven campaign setup, including providing strong audience signals (Customer Match, GA4 audiences) and diverse creative asset groups.
  • A proven track record of scaling campaigns and measurably driving down CPL/CPA.
  • High confidence in managing tracking, pixels, and data dashboards (GTM, GA4, and Enhanced Conversions).
  • You are a fast, proactive operator who thrives in a goal-driven environment and takes ownership of your results.
  • A strong communicator who can turn complex data into a clear story and actionable plan.


What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying (either agency or in-house).
  • Expert-level, non-negotiable mastery of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, attribution, and conversion metrics, including AI-powered campaigns (Performance Max, Smart Bidding, Broad Match strategies).


Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with the property or coaching industries.
  • A genuine love of paid ads. you're always thinking about new angles, hooks, and offers.
