About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, executing paid campaigns, and driving measurable results in terms of leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and platform dashboards.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop compelling ad copies and creatives.
• Implement conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking to measure campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Drive lead generation and conversion-focused strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Excel.
• Knowledge of SEO and CRO principles will be a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
