Performance Marketing Specialist

India

Overview
As a specialist of performance marketing, you will create, execute, and manage paid campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social media platforms and search engines to drive revenue and increase ROI.

· Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data- driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.

· Prepare weekly, monthly, campaign-wise reports.

· Identify performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

· Study client's digital eco-system and share recommendations to improve the same, if required.

· Conduct competitor & keyword research. Creating paid media strategies and plans for existing and potential clients.

· Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

· Work with other teams to test strategies, share insights, etc.

Skills:

· Has integrity and a positive, can-do attitude.

· Has extensive experience with paid media marketing.

· Is a strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills.

· Is eager and able to learn new things and stay on top of current marketing trends.

· Is comfortable hitting daily deadlines & being a key player on a variety of projects.

· Is social media, web, and tech-savvy (extensively experienced with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google, MS-Excel & PowerPoint, etc.)

· Enjoys working as part of a team.

· Must Have: Meta Ads, Google Ads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
