About the Role

We’re looking for a driven B2C Performance Marketing Associate to scale paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok. In this role, you will execute full-funnel campaigns that attract the right learners, boost conversions, and support revenue growth for Techademy’s consumer programs.

You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to plan, launch, analyse, and refine campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes. If you enjoy fast-paced execution, creative testing, and data-backed decision-making, this role is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Channel Ownership

  • Run and manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok from setup to optimization.

Audience Strategy & Targeting

  • Build and refine audiences for awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

Creative & Copy Collaboration

  • Write compelling ad copy and work with the design team to produce high-impact creatives.

Tracking & Event Setup

  • Set up pixels, events, and structured campaigns ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.

Performance Monitoring

  • Review dashboards daily to identify trends and implement quick adjustments to improve results.

A/B Testing

  • Experiment with creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Insights & Reporting

  • Share weekly performance insights with clear recommendations and action points.

Budget Management

  • Allocate budgets across campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS.

Platform Awareness

  • Stay updated on new formats, policies, and best practices across Meta and TikTok.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding models, and optimization workflows.
  • Experience with pixel setup, events, and attribution.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and act quickly.
  • Strong writing skills for short-form ad copy.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running ads for EdTech or ecommerce brands.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
  • Exposure to influencer- or creator-led ad formats.
