Job Overview:

As a Junior Marketing Performance Specialist, you will be crucial in analyzing and optimizing our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. This position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in marketing and a passion for data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, SMS, etc.).
  • Detailed KPI development monitoring and optimization (CPD, LTV, CPC, CPA, etc)
  • Measure and report performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis of all digital marketing activities against agreed KPIs and present findings to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Support the optimization of marketing strategies based on data analysis and performance insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a performance marketing role.
  • Experience in media buying is a must.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce performance marketing concepts (CPA, CAC. CLTV, Cohorts, CRM, tracking, BI dashboards, etc)
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, firebase, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
