Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting research and scans to the real estate market, Determining company’s position & the changes for current or new markets & potential opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Analyzing data by researching competitors and analyzing their prices, sales trends, and marketing methods to determine the company’s position in the market.

Researching continuously the Egyptian real estate market to analyze changes and effects

Managing research projects - end-to-end - from proposals, research design, data acquisition management, data processing to insightful report delivery to companies.

Researching continuously, evaluating, and reporting on new markets and business opportunities

Understanding and studying the competition to provide sales with competitive intelligence and market positioning leverage

Highlighting the clients’ potential markets, product demand, and pricing opportunities and the risks they might be facing.

Converting complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.

Work with top management to help shape the future of TP’ offerings based on market inputs.

Building communication networks with brokers, sales personnel & research agencies.

Performing mystery shopping on a daily basis.
Requirements
-
BSc in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
-
2– 3 years proven market research analysis experience.

Presentation skills - Analytical skills - Financial Modeling Techniques Proficiency

Proficiency in MS Office – Fluency in English
