Typical Accountabilities
- Support assessment of all aspects of business performance in the functional area: create and design appropriate measures, evaluate metrics and outputs and report on business performance and trends so that leaders understand business performance against key indicators, risks and actions to mitigate risks
- Provide support with all elements IT Business Performance teams through data collation, data cleansing, analysis and delivery of structured reporting outputs
- Local application development: Build new local software applications
- Process automation: Initiate and implement solutions to automate production and supporting business processes at the manufacturing site level
- Documentation development and maintenance: Develop and keep up-to-date technical and user documentation for existing software applications and reporting systems.
Work collaboratively with:
- All site functions to measure performance against key indicators, and perform comprehensive analysis of incidents and user requests related to application operations
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business performance or management reporting;
- Development and updating of system and technical documentation.
- Creation of analytical reports and dashboards.
- Building data models.
- Development of software applications.
- Automation of business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical mindset; attention to detail; ability to lead workshops and mentor teams; comfortable working in virtual, cross-functional settings
Desirable
A portfolio of work completed using the following will be a plus.
