We are hiring a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and focused on driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, conversions, and traffic
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and generate reports
• Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ads

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Paid Media Specialist
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
• Can-do attitude with a high-energy and ownership-driven approach
• Dependable and deadline-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in relevant field.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury brands
• Knowledge of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization
