Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with following abilities:

  • Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TIKTOK, Snapchat and other paid digital platforms.
  • Advance knowledge of analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics, with expertise in UTM tracking and campaign metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions)
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making tools through performance dashboards, and familiar with CRM tools and lead form integrations such as Zapier and HubSpot.
  • Conduct A/B testing and “test-and-learn” initiatives to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Daily performance reports with actionable insights.
