We are looking for a Performance Marketer who possesses a unique mix of technical skill and sales acumen. You will not just manage campaigns; you will be the primary problem solver for potential clients.
The ideal candidate understands what converts, knows how to guide creatives, and can scale campaigns profitably across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
- Analyze client content and suggest improvements for better conversions
- Coordinate with video editors & designers to create high-converting ad creatives (reels, videos, static posts)
- Write or guide ad copy, hooks, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Share regular performance reports and insights with the internal team/clients
- Work closely with account managers to align performance goals with business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Clear understanding of funnels, lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
- Ability to analyze creatives and suggest data-backed improvements
- Experience working with editors/designers to build converting ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs is a plus
