FP Insoles is a leading performance insole brand focused on impact protection and custom arch support technology. We are scaling aggressively and looking for a data-driven marketing expert to optimize and grow our paid acquisition channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager who can take full ownership of our paid media strategy. This role is not just execution — we need someone who can analyze, strategize, optimize, and scale campaigns profitably.

You will be responsible for reviewing current ad performance, identifying gaps, and implementing high-ROI strategies to drive growth for fpinsoles.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and optimize existing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies:
  • Prospecting (cold traffic)
  • Retargeting (warm audiences)
  • Conversion optimization
  • Conduct deep performance analysis:
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • CTR, CPC, CPM benchmarks
  • Build and test:
  • New creatives (angles, hooks, offers)
  • Landing page alignment
  • Audience segmentation strategies
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for:
  • Ad creatives
  • Copy
  • Targeting
  • Bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams to improve conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns ($10k+/month)
  • Strong track record of scaling eCommerce brands (preferably DTC)
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Facebook/Instagram algorithm behavior
  • Google Search & Performance Max campaigns
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions (not just run ads)
  • Experience with:
  • Conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4)
  • Attribution models
  • Funnel optimization

Bonus Points

  • Experience in footwear, sports, or health-related products
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Familiarity with Shopify-based brands
  • Experience working with international markets (US, EU)

  • Lower CAC while increasing conversion volume
  • Consistent improvement in ROAS
  • Clear testing roadmap and execution
  • Scalable paid acquisition system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
