Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media PPC, and Display Advertising campaigns by coordinating with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Drive performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, ROI, and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tracking tools, ensuring alignment with KPIs and ROI goals.
- Continuously test and implement new strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Collaborate with the content team to create/edit ad creatives, blogs, and landing page content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google and Facebook advertising.
- Manage and publish content on WordPress, blogs, and social media platforms as part of integrated marketing campaigns.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and online customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in SEO, website management, email marketing, and blogging (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of keyword research, campaign optimization, and link building.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with integrity.
