Performance Marketing Specialist / Senior Media Buyer ( Remote )

Compact is looking for a highly skilled Senior Media Buyer to join our team on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end, high-converting ad campaigns across all digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X).
• Drive aggressive Lead Generation campaigns, with a strong ability to precisely target decision-makers in B2B and B2C markets.
• Strategically manage and allocate advertising budgets across top-performing channels to ensure the lowest Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Continuously execute A/B testing for ad creatives, target audiences, and landing pages to scale results.
• Monitor performance daily, extract actionable insights from data, and generate detailed analytical reports with strategic recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Mandatory: A strong portfolio or detailed case studies showcasing actual numbers and successful campaigns across all the aforementioned platforms. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Advanced expertise in tracking, data integration, and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API).
• High level of self-discipline, time management, and the organizational skills required to excel in a remote work environment.
• Agility in reading data and making immediate, data-backed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
