Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our B2B lead generation efforts across LinkedIn, social platforms, and digital channels. This role will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads into our CRM as web connects, fueling the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with expertise in performance marketing, social selling, and CRM-based lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the performance marketing team with a focus on B2B lead generation and demand generation.
- Develop and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive high-quality leads.
- Oversee LinkedIn lead generation through Sales Navigator, InMails, outreach campaigns, and retargeting.
- Ensure seamless integration of lead capture (forms, ads, landing pages) into the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) as web connects.
- Collaborate with sales to define MQL and SQL criteria and improve lead qualification processes.
- Optimize the entire lead funnel – from prospecting and campaign targeting to CRM workflows and nurturing.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead-to-opportunity ratio, and pipeline contribution.
- Train and mentor the team on B2B digital channels, analytics, and lead management best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and B2B lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
- Proven track record of generating B2B leads via LinkedIn, social platforms, and paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and marketing automation workflows.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting platforms.
- Solid understanding of B2B funnels, account-based marketing (ABM), and lead qualification frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize for performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
Nice to Have:
- Background in SaaS, Tech, or Enterprise B2B industries.
- Experience with data enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic social strategies to complement paid efforts.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
