We're looking for a sharp, Performance Media Buyer to design and lead full-funnel digital campaigns across Snapchat, Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a strong focus on KSA and GCC e-commerce growth.

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in performance media buying for e-commerce.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and delivering results in GCC markets, especially KSA.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics across funnel stages.
• Analytical mindset with structured reporting habits.
• Self-organized, proactive, and accountable.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel performance campaigns (Awareness Consideration Conversion) focused on driving sales and improving conversion rates.
• Brand & Marketplace Ownership: Lead full-funnel campaign strategy and drive paid growth across key marketplaces, including Amazon and Noon
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS), producing actionable insights and clear performance reports.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate large budgets with financial discipline to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce, content, and design teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.

• Google Ads or Meta certifications.
• Experience running paid media on Amazon Sponsored Ads and Noon.
• Business-owner mindset: strategic, cost-conscious, and impact-driven.
