Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with expertise in Paid Ads & Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others. Experience in Fintech, iGaming, Forex, or Crypto industries will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across social platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize ads for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad copies.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives.
• Research audience insights and competitor campaigns to improve targeting.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform policies, and ad innovations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and lead generation outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, especially for fintech/crypto/iGaming sectors.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record in lead generation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus).
• Experience in Fintech, iGaming, Forex, or Crypto preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
