• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS
• Support A/B testing efforts to optimize ads, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, and Analytics) to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to the senior team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome)
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
