Perfume Sales Supervisor

Job Description:
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, lead the team to achieve targets, and ensure smooth coordination across retail and corporate channels. Responsible for sales performance, client satisfaction, stock management, and brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet monthly targets.
  • Manage retail performance, client relations, and corporate accounts.
  • Request and follow up on reimbursements, petty cash, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate product restocks, inventory tracking, and order requests.
  • Ensure all displays, testers, and store materials meet brand standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
  • Support events, promotions, and new product launches.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in perfume or luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and reporting abilities.
  • Proactive, sales-driven, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
