Perfumery Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and production requirements.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers of fragrance oils, raw materials, packaging, and related components within the perfumes industry.
  • Manage the supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation process to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and purchasing plans to ensure uninterrupted production and supply chain efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely procurement and cost control.
  • Track market trends, supplier performance, and cost fluctuations to support strategic purchasing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with mandatory experience in the perfumes or fragrance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, packaging components, and supplier networks.
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
