Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and production requirements.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers of fragrance oils, raw materials, packaging, and related components within the perfumes industry.
- Manage the supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation process to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing plans to ensure uninterrupted production and supply chain efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely procurement and cost control.
- Track market trends, supplier performance, and cost fluctuations to support strategic purchasing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with mandatory experience in the perfumes or fragrance industry.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, packaging components, and supplier networks.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
