Personal Assistant

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO.

The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, arrange interviews and meetings, and handle key administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, meetings, and events.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages) on behalf of the CEO when required.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
