Role Summary:
We are seeking a Personal Injury Billing & Liens VA to support our legal team in handling lien negotiations and billing matters with medical providers after settlement. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of lien laws, medical billing practices, and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact medical providers to negotiate and reduce outstanding bills or liens.
• Prepare accurate settlement disbursement sheets for attorney review.
• Track and confirm lien releases after payments are made.
• Maintain organized records of all billing and lien communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in personal injury billing or lien negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of lien laws and medical billing practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
