Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal (VA) to support our attorneys with case preparation and litigation tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in legal drafting, and familiar with personal injury procedures, ensuring cases move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft demand letters, discovery responses, and settlement packages.
• Calendar court dates, statute of limitations deadlines, and medical appointments.
• Organize case files and maintain litigation binders.
• Assist in drafting complaints, motions, and other court documents.
• Support attorneys with case management from intake to settlement or trial.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong legal research and drafting experience.
• Knowledge of the personal injury litigation process.
• Familiarity with court filing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience working in a personal injury law firm (preferred).
