Personal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Dubai as we expand our presence. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations—from managing schedules and client engagements to coordinating travel and preparing business materials. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to international investment projects, and contribute to the growth of our Dubai operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule client meetings, and oversee internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate international business travel, logistics, and event planning.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support ad-hoc personal and business-related tasks as required.


Requirements

  • Based in Dubai
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Professional, discreet, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of initiative.
