Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the HNWI, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence with efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics both personal and business-related.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal/external stakeholders on behalf of the client.
  • Handle document preparation, filing, and record-keeping in an organized and secure manner.
  • Oversee household and office operations, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Anticipate the client s needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
