Job Title: PA /Office Manager

Location: Business Bay, Dubai (must be based in Dubai). Opportunities to work from home.

Industry: Financial Services. 

Reports to: Director.

Employment Type: Ideally Full time we would look at Part Time (min 20 hours pw).


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional PA/Office Manager to support the Director and oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our Dubai office.


Key Duties:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination.
  • Updating and organising our CRM and back-office systems.
  • Liaise with clients, candidates, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documentation.
  • Assist with both business and personal tasks as required.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a PA/Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment databases and accounting software is a plus (Bullhorn/Xero).
