Job Title: Personal Assistant (Entry Level)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to provide remote support to a new starting company. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in administration and business support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, emails, and calendar management (Mandarin Speakers).
  • Support client communication (messages, calls, follow-ups).
  • Help with document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
  • Conduct online research and prepare some reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable using MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Preffered: Able to Speak Arabic and/or Chinese
  • No prior experience required.
