Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The PA will manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth operations by anticipating needs and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
  • Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain files, records, and confidential information securely
  • Assist with personal and professional tasks as required
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and business trips
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related tools
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
