We are seeking a highly organized and proactive malayalam speaking Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to Executive The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management for the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the employer.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks when necessary.
  • Liaise with internal staff, external stakeholders, and clients professionally.
  • Organize files, records, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Anticipate employer’s needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
