Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and business appointments
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
