We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner.
<Responsibilities>
- Manage and coordinate calendars using Google Workspace to schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Handle all aspects of personal affairs management, including filing, data entry, bookkeeping, errands, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing correspondence, proofreading documents, transcribing notes, and managing phone systems.
- Assist with event planning for staff meetings, community outreach events, or patient appreciation days, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
<Qualifications>
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs), and familiarity with Office management tools.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy for transcription and data entry tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
