Goodneighbour is a social community focused on bringing people together through curated events, parties, and real connections. We host intimate, well-thought-out gatherings and are slowly growing a community of like-minded people.

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant with a social side to support the founder and help manage and grow the community.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable in social environments.

Role Overview

You’ll act as a right-hand support to the founder, handling day-to-day coordination and light admin, while also helping with community growth and hosting one monthly event.

This is not a corporate PA role and not a full-time events job — it’s flexible, people-focused, and lifestyle-oriented.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant Duties

• Manage messages, emails, and inquiries
• Manage ALL of founders requests
• Handle bookings, schedules, and follow-ups
• Assist with planning, coordination, and reminders
• Support day-to-day admin tasks
• Keep things organized and running smoothly

Community & Social Responsibilities

• Review profiles of people applying to join the community
• Help grow the community by inviting the right people
• Go out to social spots to meet people organically
• Assist with planning and hosting curated events
• Welcome guests and help manage the guest experience

• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Friendly, confident, and socially comfortable
• Well-presented and good with people
• Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport
• Able to balance admin tasks with social interaction
• Based in Bahrain and familiar with the social scene

Working Style & Schedule

• Flexible hours
• Mostly remote/admin work with occasional in-person social activity
• Evenings and weekends mainly around event time

Compensation

• Monthly base pay
• Event bonuses
• Performance-based growth incentives
