We are seeking an experienced, organised, and discreet Family Personal Assistant (PA) to support the daily lifestyle, logistics, and operations of a private household in Dubai. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently across personal, family, and household matters. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. An ideal opportunity for a second jobber some some existing work experience to grow, develop and stay long-term.

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Logistics

· Assist another 2 PAs with aspects of family travel, including sourcing flights, check-in procedures, ground transportation, and luggage allowances etc…

· Assisting alongside other PAs with passport renewals and visa applications for family members and household staff.

· Maintain and update family travel schedules and preferences in line with existing systems to ensure up to date.

Household s Staff Coordination

· Oversee domestic staff schedules, duties, and performance; act as the primary liaison between household staff and principals.

· Ensure smooth daily household operations and uphold high housekeeping standards.

· Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep across all residences.

· Manage pet care, including grooming, veterinary appointments, and supplies.

Children’s Schedules

· Organise and coordinate all school-related activities, extracurricular programs, tutors, and holiday camps. Templates are in place it is ensuring details are

accurately updated and distributed as well as cross referencing with online calendar system.

· Arrange recreational outings and ensure efficient time management for children’s activities.

Health s Administration

· Manage private health insurance claims and medical correspondence.

· Maintain family calendars, appointments, and health-related schedules.

· Keep accurate and up-to-date records of important documents and renewals.

Property s Finance Coordination

· Oversee household expenses and coordinate with property managers, utility providers, and service contractors.

· Track and renew household contracts, insurance policies, and administrative documentation.

Lifestyle Management

· Make restaurant, spa, and leisure reservations in line with family preferences.

· Handle personal shopping, gifting, and special errands as required.

· Serve as the family’s main point of contact for personal and lifestyle-related matters.
