We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be efficient, reliable, and able to handle fast-paced responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. This role requires full-time availability with flexibility to attend to the CEO’s needs as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and calendar coordination
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Handle business correspondence (emails, calls, messages) on behalf of the CEO
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Maintain confidential files, contracts, and real estate documents
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and partners
- Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and business initiatives
- Assist with presentations, reports, and proposals
- Handle personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Ensure smooth daily workflow and support CEO in decision-making tasks
Requirements (High Priority)
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Own car (preferred)
- Ability to work full-time with flexible timing based on CEO requirements
Other Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, email management, and digital scheduling tools
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
